Registration cancellation policy
Confirmation of your online registration will be sent by email to the address quoted by each delegate. Should delegates wish to cancel their attendance at the NOW and/or SRF conference, all cancellations must be notified in writing. It will not be possible to return fees if such notification is received after 30 April 2006.
Any cancellations received prior to 30 April 2006 will be subject to an administration charge of £25.00; any bookings received and subsequently cancelled after this date will be subject to 100% cancellation fees.
We will be happy to accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend. Any such change must be notified in writing by email or fax and will be subject to a £25.00 administration charge.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 30 APRIL 2006
Hotel Accommodation
If you have reserved accommodation at the Merrion Hotel as part of your registration, confirmation of your booking will be included in the conference registration confirmation which will be emailed to the address provided.
The closing date for hotel accommodation bookings was 19 May 2006. Bookings may still be made after this date but rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to book accommodation for the conference now, please contact the The Merrion Hotel directly on 0113 243 9191.
All accommodation bookings must be confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card however, payment will be taken by the hotel upon checking out on your departure day. The credit card information provided will be passed to the hotel to guarantee your reservation. Should you not check in at the hotel on the first day of your booking, full payment will be taken and you will be classed as a ‘no show’ guest.
Cancellations cannot be refunded after 30 May 2006 and must be received in writing.
An administration charge of £25.00 will be deducted from any refund due. A substitute name may be given for accommodation and will be subject to a £25.00 administration charge.
